Southern Import Export Ltd is a Rwanda-based importer and wholesale distributor. We import trucks, trailers, commercial vehicles, spare parts and agricultural & industrial equipment, plus food commodities and construction materials, and distribute them across Rwanda and East & Central Africa.
Which countries and regions do you serve?
Our headquarters and primary market is Rwanda. We supply buyers across East and Central Africa, with active coverage in the wider Great Lakes region. All vehicles and equipment are imported via Full Container Load and delivered directly to the client's location.
How do I buy a truck or request a quote?

Are vehicles for sale from stock or import-to-order?
Both. Some units are available from stock, and the full range is available import-to-order in full container loads, configured to your exact specification (engine, cab, body and options).
What trucks does Southern Import Export sell?
We are a partner for the full Sinotruk HOWO range, including the current HOWO TX, HOWO N and HOWO T7H series: tractor units (tractor heads), tipper/dump trucks, concrete mixers, water and fuel tankers, cargo trucks, refrigerated trucks, garbage compactors and crane trucks.
What vehicles do you import besides heavy trucks?
Southern Import Export holds partner status with Sinotruk, Dongfeng and Shacman. Dongfeng supply includes the Tianlong KL, KX and GX series across heavy, commercial, LCV and passenger segments. Shacman supply covers the full heavy-duty portfolio: X3000/X5000 prime movers, F3000/F2000 tippers, flatbed/cargo, mixer, tanker, and municipal/specialized variants, supplied import-to-order to OEM specification.
